When will I receive my order?

At Etch Crafty Creations endeavour to get your items personalised, created and dispatched within 10-14 days from your order being placed.

Delivery timeframes to depend on Australia Post time frames, please note during peak times delivery will take longer, so please plan in advance if you are needing by a particular date.

International Delivery- the time to receive your ordered product may vary depending on the distance and differ according to country locations.

We always try our best to make sure your products are safely delivered to you as soon as possible. 

Please note Etch Crafty Creations will not be responsible for any unexpected postal delays beyond our control. This includes delays caused by unintended and unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather conditions, your country’s local taxes, customs procedures, duties, clearance formalities, etc.

How much is postage?

Postage costs do vary depending on the quantity that you purchase, size of the item and location of delivery. All postage costs will be calculated on checkout.

How do I track my order?

 Once your order has been completed we will email you your tracking number. All items are send via Australia Post and can be tracked on the Australia Post website. 

If you did not receive the tracking details, please send an email stating the matter to Our team will get back to you with the order status and tracking information within 24 hours.

Is same day shipping available?

All our items are handmade to your liking, for this reason we are unable to offer same day shipping on items.

Is local pickup available?

It sure is, please select local pickup on checkout. We will email you when your item is ready for collection, please contact us at, to book in a pickup time from Clyde North.

Please note: we do not currently offer a delivery service, only postage.

What payment options do you accept?

We offer Credit Card and Paypal currently.

Do you offer international shipping?

We absolutely can offer international shipping. Once you complete the checkout, our system will automatically calculate the shipping charges applicable to your country. You will be liable for paying extra charges in terms of taxes, duties, and others as incurred in your country.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We certainly can offer a gift wrapping service for you and send directly to your loved one. Please make sure you add a note at checkout and we would love to gift wrap it for you.  

Can I see a draft of my order?

Yes, we can arrange this prior to printing, please note that this can delay the process by a couple of days when done. Please make sure you add a note on checkout or email us at 

Can I make additional changes to item?

Personalisation is our thing, If you have a particular item in mind or would like to make changes to our already available items please email us at prior to placing your order, and we can certainly make this happen for you. 

Changes need to be emailed to us as soon as you can as once an item has made it into production we are unable to change your order.

Please note depending on the changes additional fees may apply. 

Are the purchased items subject to warranty?

We offer a replacement for faulty and damaged products. If you have any issues, please contact us by email at We will take action to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Our company does not take the responsibility of general wear and tear in the due course of usage. We do not repair or replace products damaged during usage.
